We are honoured to announce, the International symposium “Microbial Spoilers In Food 2017” will take place in Quimper, France, from 28th - 30th June, 2017.

We anticipate a minimum attendance of 120 delegates, from around the world, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, decision makers and opinion leaders in food spoilage risk management.

This symposium will focus on :

• Biodiversity of microbial food spoilers,
• Physiology and metabolism of spoiler microorganisms
• Characterization methodologies, enumeration methods for quality indicators
